Sant Vicenç dels Horts is located at the right bank of the river Llobregat, between the cities of Molins de Rei and Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

Some places of interest are the parish church of Sant Vicenç, rebuilt between 1718 and 1725; la Casa del Comú (town council) built by the local architect Melcior Vinyals i Muñoz; the Torre Blanca and the Torre Negra, constructions of the twenties; and the Molí dels Frares, building with the greatest historical value.
